The SoHo neighborhood of New York City has become one of the most desired neighborhoods for a company’s office. This neighborhood is set apart by its proximity to the subway, hip cafes, historical cobblestone streets, and some of New York’s most nostalgic architecture. Location is only one part of the equation for a successful business. The other key element is great office space.

Hudsun Media, a multi-platform production company, wanted to refresh their office to create a better culture and make their space as unique and personable as the shows they produce – think Rachel Zoe, Kristin Cavallari, and Diane von Furstenberg. With limited space and a tight budget, we needed to integrate creative and high-impact solutions into every square inch. Flexible furniture solutions were utilized throughout to divide up the office and create collaborative “breakout” spaces and smaller, individual quiet areas. By strategically placing colors, materials and textures, each section of the office became a newly defined space with unique character.
